Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using QuantumLabs ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
QuantumLabs is a founder-led AI product studio. Its main offer is a fixed-price Build ($10,000, 14 days from spec approval). It also runs its own products, each sold on that product's own site and checkout. Sending a Build enquiry does not require an application. After handover, changes are quoted in writing first. The Service is not legal or tax advice.
3. User Accounts
To use private areas of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
4. Access and eligibility
The public pages and Build form do not require an application. A Build is a fixed-price engagement ($10,000 / 14 days). Any other work is confirmed in writing before it starts. Access to private account areas is granted by the founder.
- Access may be withheld or revoked at the founder's discretion.
- You must not share confidential materials outside authorized recipients.
- Document access is scoped to your grants only.
4A. Consultation and invoicing
A Build starts after you enquire and we confirm the spec in writing. The Build is invoiced directly by QuantumLabs. Nothing is due until you approve the written spec. Then we send one invoice for the full $10,000, directly from QuantumLabs. Payment instructions go by email. Failure to pay may suspend delivery. Product checkouts happen on each product's own site. Where that product uses Polar, Polar is the reseller and merchant of record, and that product’s own terms state the price, the renewal interval, how to cancel, and the refund rule. The Build is not a Polar product.
4B. Refunds and cancellation
An enquiry is free. You are charged nothing until a written spec exists and you have approved it.
- Before you sign off the written spec: 100% refund — if you have paid anything at all, you get all of it back.
- days 1–7 of the 14-day build clock (counted from spec approval): 50% refund of the $10,000 Build fee.
- After day 7: no open-ended refunds. If the build misses its written acceptance criteria, we fix it or refund against those misses.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service lawfully and professionally. You will not attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape private materials, or misrepresent your identity.
6. Intellectual Property
Build deliverables. On full payment, all rights in Build deliverables transfer to the client. This includes the source code and the deployed app described in the approved spec. Third-party services and open-source components used in the Build stay under their own licenses.
This site. The QuantumLabs website, branding and studio products are owned by QuantumLabs unless a written agreement says otherwise.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS", except that Build deliverables are measured against the written acceptance criteria in the approved spec, with the remedies set out in §4B.
