Common questions

The $10,000 Build, plainly: what it covers, when you pay, and what you own.

What is QuantumLabs?
A founder-led AI product studio. We build your AI product for a fixed $10,000, live 14 days after spec approval, and you own the code. We also run a shelf of our own products.
What does a Build cost?
$10,000, fixed. Live in 14 days from spec approval. You own the source. After handover, changes are quoted in writing first.
When do I pay?
Nothing is due until you approve the written spec. Then we send one invoice for the full $10,000, directly from QuantumLabs. The Build is not sold through Polar or any product checkout.
What do I need to provide?
A clear goal and one decision-maker for the discovery call. Feedback on the written spec until it is right to approve. Access to anything the app must use: domain, brand assets, third-party accounts and API keys. Prompt review on the staging URL against your acceptance criteria.
How long does it take to get from discovery to an approved spec?
Discovery is one call. We write the spec from it and revise it with you until you approve. That time is not part of the 14 days; the clock starts on approval.
Who pays hosting and API costs after handover?
You do. After handover the hosting, domains and third-party fees (AI/API usage) are on your own accounts, billed to you by those providers.
Do I own the Build?
Yes. Source zip / git at handover. On full payment, all rights in Build deliverables transfer to you.
What if I want to cancel?
The enquiry is free and nothing is charged until you approve the written spec — cancel before sign-off for a 100% refund. During days 1–7 of the 14-day build clock (counted from spec approval), cancellation refunds 50% of the $10,000 Build fee. After day 7 there are no open-ended refunds: if the build misses its written acceptance criteria, we fix it or refund against those misses.
How do I buy one of your products?
Open it from /products and check out on that product's own site. Where that product uses Polar, Polar is the reseller and that product's terms state the price, renewal, how to cancel, and the refund rule.
