QuantumLabs uses one automated check — the application pre-screen. It summarizes and scores; it never approves or rejects. Every applicant can see their own score and flags on the application page.

The application form records intent, capacity, and identity — name, residence country, entity type, budget comfort, timeline. Nothing else is fed to the automated check.

Automated pre-screen
An AI assistant scores completeness and consistency from 0 to 100 and attaches short flags (missing fields, contradictory ranges). A deterministic risk pass runs alongside it, so review is never blocked when the model is unavailable.

Founder review
Scores at or above 70 wait in the flagged queue; everything else waits in the standard queue. Either way, the founder makes the final decision — the automated check never approves or rejects anyone.

Verification
Approved applicants verify identity where required before any room access is granted.
Your own record
After submitting, the application page shows your pre-screen score, the flags behind it in plain language, and why your status is what it is. The founder's internal notes stay internal — the score and flags are yours to see.
