How it works

How a Build works

Four steps, one fixed price. You approve a written spec, we ship in 14 days, and the code is yours at handover.

Enquire

Free · before the clock

Tell us what you want built. The founder replies personally and books a discovery call. No payment.

Start a Build

What you bring

  • A clear goal and one decision-maker for the discovery call
  • Feedback on the written spec until it is right to approve
  • Access to anything the app must use: domain, brand assets, third-party accounts and API keys
  • Prompt review on the staging URL against your acceptance criteria

Payment

Nothing is due until you approve the written spec. Then we send one invoice for the full $10,000, directly from QuantumLabs.

After handover, changes are quoted in writing first.

The Build, plainly

A QuantumLabs Build is $10,000, fixed. Enquire, approve a written spec, and your AI product is live 14 days later. You own the code.

How long from first call to approved spec?
Discovery is one call. We write the spec from it and revise it with you until you approve. That time is not part of the 14 days; the clock starts on approval.
When do I pay?
Nothing is due until you approve the written spec. Then we send one invoice for the full $10,000, directly from QuantumLabs.
Who pays hosting and API costs after handover?
You do. After handover the hosting, domains and third-party fees (AI/API usage) are on your own accounts, billed to you by those providers.
What if I want to cancel?
The enquiry is free and nothing is charged until you approve the written spec — cancel before sign-off for a 100% refund. During days 1–7 of the 14-day build clock (counted from spec approval), cancellation refunds 50% of the $10,000 Build fee. After day 7 there are no open-ended refunds: if the build misses its written acceptance criteria, we fix it or refund against those misses.
