1. Our Commitment

QuantumLabs processes personal data only as needed to run the studio: product checkouts, Build enquiries and delivery, accounts, and (if you use private account areas) applications, verification, documents, and audit logs. Product checkouts that use Polar happen on that product's domain, where Polar is the reseller. The Build is invoiced directly by QuantumLabs. We treat this information as confidential.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: Name, email, and authentication details.
  • Enquiry and Build data: Name, email, company, service requested (Build or other), timeline, and message.
  • Desk data (only if you apply): Party profile, intent, notes, verification status, room grants, documents, service orders, and transfer records.
  • Payment metadata: Order references and status for invoicing — not full card numbers.
  • Usage metrics: Technical logs and optional privacy-friendly analytics needed to operate and secure the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

  • Reply to Build and product enquiries.
  • Deliver a paid Build.
  • If you use private account areas: process applications and access.
  • Maintain an audit trail of critical actions.
  • Send essential operational and billing updates.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. Documents are stored privately and served only through authenticated, access-checked routes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted providers for specific functions, which may include:

  • Authentication: Better Auth / Google OAuth; optional multi-factor verification.
  • Database & hosting: Infrastructure vendors for application data (e.g. Neon, Vercel).
  • Object storage: Private document storage (e.g. Cloudflare R2).
  • Email: Transactional mail (e.g. Resend).
  • Payments: The Build is invoiced directly by QuantumLabs (provider details shared on request).
  • Identity verification: Optional Persona (or similar) for accreditation / KYC workflows.
  • AI inference: Optional pre-screen summaries for internal review only (e.g. Gemini).
  • Background jobs: Optional Inngest for digests and async agents.
  • Analytics: Optional GA4 or Plausible when configured by us — no sale of personal data.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data subject to legal and audit retention requirements. Contact us for assistance.
