Payment

Nothing is due until you approve the written spec. Then we send one invoice for the full $10,000, directly from QuantumLabs.

Discovery is one call. We write the spec from it and revise it with you until you approve. That time is not part of the 14 days; the clock starts on approval.

After handover

You run it. We're a message away.

You get the repo, a live URL and a handover call. You do. After handover the hosting, domains and third-party fees (AI/API usage) are on your own accounts, billed to you by those providers. After handover, changes are quoted in writing first. Get in touch.

What a Build is

A QuantumLabs Build is a fixed-price, fixed-timeline engagement: $10,000, live in 14 days from spec approval, and you own the source.

What is included in a Build?
A discovery call and a written spec you approve, a working app on our standard stack (sign-in, payments, database, hosting), the source at handover, and a live URL in 14 days from spec approval.
What is not included?
Mobile native apps, custom model training, or multi-region HA; Open-ended consulting hours; Ongoing hosting and third-party fees (AI/API usage, domains) after handover.
When does the 14-day clock start?
Discovery is one call. We write the spec from it and revise it with you until you approve. That time is not part of the 14 days; the clock starts on approval.
When do I pay?
Nothing is due until you approve the written spec. Then we send one invoice for the full $10,000, directly from QuantumLabs.
Who pays hosting and API costs after handover?
You do. After handover the hosting, domains and third-party fees (AI/API usage) are on your own accounts, billed to you by those providers.
Who owns the IP?
On full payment, all rights in Build deliverables transfer to you.
What happens after handover?
You own the repo and the live URL. After handover, changes are quoted in writing first.
What if the scope changes after spec approval?
The written spec is the gate: nothing is built until you approve it. Changes after approval are confirmed in writing before work continues — see Terms §4–4A. If you would rather stop than change, the refund schedule in Terms §4B applies.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes. The enquiry is free — before you approve the written spec, stopping costs nothing and anything paid is refunded in full (100%). Once the 14-day clock starts, cancelling in days 1–7 refunds 50% of the $10,000 fee; after day 7 there are no open-ended refunds — if the build misses its written acceptance criteria, we fix it or refund against those misses.
